SHIPPING

US orders over $50 will enjoy free standard shipping!  All other orders will ship for a flat rate of $5.95.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  Tracking information will be emailed once the order is processed.

RETURNS

I really hope you'll LOVE your purchase, but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site are accepted in exchange for store credit.  Request for return/exchange must be received within 10 days of receipt of the item.

To start a return, you can contact us at maximelboutique@yahoo.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: Return orders must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the return label provided via email.  Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date they are originally issued.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you place new order while the return is still processing (to ensure you get what you want!) the original purchase will be refunded upon receipt of the return.  Refunds will not be processed if items are defected and/or not in original condition. Replacement size/ items will not be held.

DAMAGES + ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
